Police Chopper Crashes In Eastern Kenya

In a sad report, a police chopper has crashed in the eastern part of Kenya.

The aircraft was carrying a security team to a meeting when the crash happened.

The police spokesperson confirmed this saying the Eastern Regional commissioner and his security team were reportedly heading for a joint security meeting with North Eastern counterparts adding that the chopper had six occupants, 2 pilots and 4 passengers-all members of Eastern Security committee.

Confirming the incident, he said;

“I have talked to the pilot and he, with the others, who were on board are okay and are in stable condition.”

After the incident, it was being speculated that it crashed due to bad weather, however, the police have not launched an investigation.
